JOHNSON & ACETO, LLP has extensive experience in the area of estate administration and litigation. The estate administration and litigation practice group is dedicated to providing first-class legal representation at reasonable rates, while providing the proper personal attention and responsiveness that the client requires during such a traumatic time in the client/petitioner’s life.

The Estate Administration Practice Group focuses on probating significant and complex estates, as well as the planned non-probate transfer of the decedent’s assets. The group assists the executor or administrator of the estate in the marshalling, valuating, inventorying, accounting and ultimate distributing of the decedent’s assets.
