Johnson, Aceto, Bonner & Prager, LLP has extensive experience in the area of estate administration and litigation. The estate administration and litigation practice group is dedicated to providing first-class legal representation at reasonable rates, while providing the proper personal attention and responsiveness that the client requires during such a traumatic time in the client/petitioner’s life.

The Estate Administration Practice Group focuses on probating significant and complex estates, as well as the planned non-probate transfer of the decedent’s assets. The group assists the executor or administrator of the estate in the marshalling, valuating, inventorying, accounting and ultimate distribution of the decedent’s assets.

Gregory J. Aceto, head of the practice group, has been a trial attorney for 21 years.
