Overview

Johnson, Aceto, Bonner & Prager, LLP, formerly Johnson & Aceto, LLP, was founded by Gregory J. Aceto and Robin A. Johnson in 2000. Michael S. Bonner joined the firm in 2006, and Michelle Prager began her career as a law clerk with the firm in 2000 before becoming an associate then a partner. The firm is uniquely qualified to handle a myriad of legal issues because of the breadth of experience of its partners.

The firm's largest group is the trial and litigation group. The trial and litigation group has extensive experience in a wide array of areas, including civil and criminal trial work, as well as other litigation matters such as divorce, commercial and residential real estate, landlord-tenant, construction law, personal injury, employment, business, child custody, guardianship, appointment of executor/administrator of wills, adoption and criminal defense.

The firm also has a substantial business law and transactional practice, including experience in the niche area of health care. The firm also provides comprehensive legal advice and services in estate administration, real estate transactions, appeals, and business law.

The firm's attorneys are particularly skilled at cost-effective management and resolution of complex litigation involving multiple parties and claims, various venue and jurisdictional issues, and parallel administrative, criminal, contempt and civil actions.
