Mr. Cole joined the firm in 2008 as a law clerk, and became an Associate Attorney upon his admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 2010. Mr. Cole has extensive experience in general civil litigation, employment law, discrimination and sexual harassment, business litigation, construction litigation, and appellate practice. Mr. Cole brings a unique perspective to litigating residential construction matters, drawing from his over 15 years of hands-on experience in the retail and wholesale residential construction industry. In addition, Mr. Cole holds an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor’s License.

Mr. Cole’s appellate practice experience includes the preparation of legal briefs for submission to the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Mr. Cole received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2010, and he graduated in 1997, with honors, from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, with a degree in Economics.

Ms. Cole is a licensed member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Mr. Cole’s professional associations include the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Inn of Court.
