Overview

The firm's largest group is the trial and litigation group. The trial and litigation group has extensive experience in wide arrays of areas, including civil and criminal trial work, as well as other litigations matters such as divorce, commercial and residential real estate, landlord-tenant, construction law, personal injury, employment, business, child custody, guardianship, appointment of executor/administrator of wills, adoption and criminal defense. The lawyers handle cases before all of the state and federal courts and administrative bodies in Massachusetts, as well as California and Connecticut and various courts in New York, Rhode Island, Colorado and Florida.
